On Tuesday 12th November, we went to a Basketball tournament at Canterbury Academy.

Over the course of the afternoon, we played three games. After the first two games we had won one and lost one meaning we needed victory in our last match to progress to the quarter finals.

We came up against a very good team and lost narrowly, meaning we were knocked out of the tournament. Despite this, we were very proud of our efforts seeing as we haven’t actually played any basketball at school yet this year.

We all had lots of fun and learnt some new skills too.
