Football Tournament @Langton Boys: Tuesday 26/11/24

On Tuesday 26th November 2024, we took two teams, one boys and one girls, to a Football tournament at Simon Langton boys.

The boys team were entered in to a “Small Schools Tournament” where we finished in 5th place. We played incredibly well and scored some fantastic goals. Unfortunately, we were just on the wrong side of a couple of close results and on another day, would have been contenders for the top spot.

The girls team also performed superbly but despite only losing one match, just missed out on a semi-final place on goal difference.

Everyone had a fantastic morning. It was lovely to see both teams supporting each other. The children’s sportsmanship teamwork and behaviour was exceptional. Well done everyone.
