Wickhambreaux Orchestra join Revellers Orchestra

A Wonderful Celebration of Music and Community

On Saturday 17th October, the talented young musicians of Wickhambreaux Orchestra were invited by David Burridge to perform at St Nicholas at Wade Church, where they delighted the audience with a fantastic selection of musical pieces.

The children performed the lively sea shanty Drunken Sailor, the exciting theme tune from How to Train Your Dragon, and the beautiful, timeless sounds of Handel’s Water Music, showcasing their enthusiasm, hard work and musical talent.

As well as performing, the children had the opportunity to sit back and enjoy a wonderful performance by Revelation Strings, making it a truly enriching musical experience for everyone involved.

It was a fantastic occasion that brought people together through the joy of music, celebrating young talent and the importance of community. A heartfelt well done to all the children and musicians who helped make it such a memorable event!
